Important Update:
The estimated delivery time for all orders is 7-10 working days. You will receive your tracking ID within 3-5 days of placing the order.

An order confirmation email is sent immediately upon placing your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours and provide an unpacking video from the start of opening the parcel.
